We are principle directors of Rightside Quadrant Enterprises Pty Ltd
Our company’s name was derived from Robert Kiyosaki’s book the “Cashflow Quadrant”,
which discusses the four quadrants where you can make money, E for employee, S for
small business or self employed, B for business (over 500 people and would have system behind running it), and I for investment. The E and S involves 95% of the population and
is active income. The B and I involves 5% of the population and is passive income.
We discovered very quickly that we were on the wrong side of the quadrant. We also
discovered that there was very inexpensive ways to set up a B business through building
communities on the internet and helping other people change their financial circumstances
and develop a massive passive income.
My background is an owner of a rural farming and grazing property in North West NSW of
around 11,500 acres and my wife had a contract administration business. While these are
successful business, it is very time consuming and has a limited income. As time went on
our income circle was not expanding, our wish list was getting rationalized and smaller. I
was looking or had looked at several businesses, at the time, to expand our income, but all
took a lot of capital and risk.
Then a friend of mine, who I played football with, invited me to look at a business concept which involved owning my own business. We were then introduced to the CRW (Creating Real Wealth) business group, which has an extensive team, who have mentored us through the development of our own business.
Our link to this group has provided us with the skills and knowledge to establish a very
successful business in Australia and Internationally, in a relatively short period of time and
low start up costs. We now are in turn offering that partnership to others, who want to get more time and or income, to create a better lifestyle.
